Is the consultation really free?

Yes — completely free, with no obligation whatsoever. We do not take any payment, deposit, or commitment from you during or after the call. The consultation exists to help you make an informed decision, not to pressure you into one.

Not at all. Many of our best consultations start with “I don’t really know where to begin.” We are trained to help you clarify your goals, understand your options, and identify the right areas for your budget — even if you’re starting from zero knowledge.

 

Our standard slots are in West Africa Time (WAT). For clients in the UK, USA, Canada, or Australia, we offer early morning (6am WAT) and evening (8pm WAT) slots by arrangement. Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll find a time that works for you.

 

We hear this more than you might think, and we take it seriously. The consultation is your opportunity to ask us exactly how our verification works — step by step. We will walk you through how we confirm title documents, who verifies them, and what our zero-fraud track record means in practice. You are under no obligation to proceed.

 

30 minutes. We respect your time. The structure is: 10 minutes understanding your goals, 10 minutes on suitable properties and locations, 10 minutes on the process and next steps. If you want to continue beyond 30 minutes, we are happy to — but we never run over without your consent.
